Strong not Skinny

Woot!  I upped my 1RM (That's one rep max, to those not in the cult of Crossfit) for bench press today to 80lbs.  My work out is 4 days a week: Tuesday: Crossfit

Wednesday: Short run (currently about 3 miles)

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Crossfit

Saturday: Long Run (currently about 6 miles)

Sunday/Monday: Rest

I'd like to lose about 4 more pounds to reach my first goal (10lbs lost), but instead of making that my focus, I'm worried about training for the Tough Mudder instead.  So tomorrow I have a long run.  It's a 68 minute run, and I'm hoping to knock out close to 7 miles. The key to this run for me is the music; here's part of my playlist.  What else should I add?
